What we collect

We only collect what you choose to give us. If you fill out the join the team form, that means your name, phone number, email address, whether you hold a Tennessee cosmetology license, the work you like to do, your Instagram handle, and anything you write in the message field.

Like most websites, our host also records basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type. We use that to keep the site running and to stop spam.

How we use it

We use your application details for one thing: to follow up with you about joining the team. We do not add you to a marketing list, and we do not use your details for anything you did not ask for.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing. A small number of trusted providers help us run the site and reach you, such as the service that delivers our form emails and the booking platform we use for appointments. They only handle your information to provide that service to us.

Booking

We book appointments through Vagaro. When you book, you are using Vagaro’s system under their own privacy policy. Please review it at vagaro.com/hellobeautyshop.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete the information you sent through the form at any time. Just call the shop or reply to any email from us and we will take care of it.
